We are currently partnering with a leading housing provider, who are recruiting for a Complex Needs Support Worker to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is a full-time position with a salary of £31,500 and the start date is subject to notice.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

Key Duties

• Provide trauma-informed, strength-based support to residents.

• Create and review individual support plans.

• Deliver one-to-one support, interventions and sign -posting.

• Manage a caseload and promote resident independence.

• Support with tenancies, benefits and safeguarding.

 Experience required:

• Experience required in Support Work

• Experience working with customers within housing

 Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Experience supporting people with complex needs.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Knowledge of safeguarding, tenancy and benefits.
