Job description
We are currently partnered with one of the largest housing providers in the South West as they recruit for a Complaints Officer on a 6-months Fixed Term Contract.
The position is due to start over the coming weeks on a full-time basis, 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday 09:00AM-17:00PM with 50% office presence in either Western-super-Mare, Exeter or Tolvaddon (flexible on location).
The role pays £33,163 per annum employee benefits and requires experience with the Housing Ombudsman.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Deliver tailored support to resolve customer concerns, reducing complaints and improving customer satisfaction
Conduct thorough complaint investigations, analysing evidence and working collaboratively to achieve fair resolutions
Promote compliance with the Housing Ombudsman Complaint Handling Code and internal complaints procedures
Review customer feedback to identify trends, recommend service improvements, and support continuous performance enhancement
Experience required:
Stage 1 complaints (minimum) within the Housing sector
Working hours:
37.5 hours per week
Monday-Friday, 09:00AM-17:00PM
