Job description

We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in London, who are looking to appoint a Stage 2 Complaints Ombudsman Lead vacancy on a six-month temporary contract.  

This will be a full-time position, offering 3 days working from home and an hourly rate of £29.51 PAYE or £34.97 UMB.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in stage 2 complaints and dealing with the Ombudsman.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Act as point of contract for complainant and keep up to date on progress at each stage

  • Log all complaints, enquiries and ensure they are resolved in timely manner

  • Maintain case management and strive to improve service delivery

Experience required:

  • Stage 1 & 2 complaints

  • Housing Ombudsman

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Knowledge on housing regulations
