Job description

Our client, based in Kent, is currently recruiting for Community Keyworker on a 2-month temporary on-going contract.

 

The position is due to start immediately on a part time basis with the hourly rate being negotiable based on experience.

 

The ideal candidate will hold experience carrying out support plans, risk assessments and safeguarding procedures within Domestic Violence.

 

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

·       Support Plans

·       Risk Assessments

·       Providing outreach support and advocacy to women in the Community

·       Providing an in-reach prison service to women via video call/telephone and face to face prior to leaving custody to assist in preparing them for release

·       Regularly meet with women to provide dedicated emotional and practical support

 

Experience required:

·       Experience carrying out support plans, risk assessments and safeguarding with this client group

·       All applicants must be female

 

Working hours:

21 hours per week

Monday - Friday (flexible working)
