Communications and Marketing Business Partner

We are currently working with a Manchester based Housing Association who are looking to appoint a Communications and Marketing Business Partner on a permanent contract.

Our client provide affordable housing to almost 20,000 individuals across Manchester, in addition to various support, care and social enterprise services.

The position is a full time contract (36.25 hours per week) and the salary bracket is £29,000 – £31,500.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

• Working as part of a growing in-house communications and marketing team
• Helping the team to deliver communications and marketing plans
• Working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinating and attending events
• Designing and executing the marketing plans
• Acting as brand guardian to ensure brand standards are consistent across all activities
• Working with the digital team to ensure the website is kept updated
• Producing content for the website, social media, newsletters and blogs
• Working with the insight and engagement team to implement change and improvements

Experience required:

• Educated to bachelors level
• Five years account management experience
• Knowledge of the property or development market

Working hours:

• 36.25 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• Working from home for the foreseeable
