Commercial Property Solicitor

We are currently working with a Local Authority based in Merseyside who are looking to recruit for a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor on a 12 month contract.

The role can be flexible in hours worked, and is also complete remote working.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

• Working on multi-million regeneration projects across the local area
• Dealing with planning applications
• Responding to contract queries
• Advising on the purchase and sale of brownfields sites

Experience required:

• Working in local government
• Dealt with commercial property

Working hours:

• 37 hours per week
• Monday – Friday
• Flexible working pattern
• Complete home working
