​Business Intelligence Manager

A leading not-for-profit in the South West of England is seeking a talented and experienced Business Intelligence Manager to join their team. This role is critical in driving the organisation's journey towards becoming data and insight-led, ultimately improving outcomes

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new tools and systems to facilitate analysis and improve understanding, supporting the provision of strategic insight

• Lead the Business Intelligence team, collaborating with Digital Services and external partners

• Provide specialist advice on datasets, analysis, research, and reporting

• Deliver robust and accessible analysis to guide strategic decision-making

• Manage data governance and user responsibilities throughout the organisation

• Design data models and create dashboards using Power

• BIProduce strategic data modeling and forecasting to predict trends and future requirements

• Support and refine existing reports and dashboards

Essential Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in data analysis and business intelligence

• Strong proficiency in Power BI and data visualisation techniques

• Excellent communication skills, able to present complex data to various audiences

• Experience in managing sensitive and confidential data

• Leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire team members

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
