Our client, based in Milton Keynes, is currently recruiting for a Benefits & Reward Analyst on a fixed-term contract for nine months. Our client is a global leader in manufacturing and distributors of solutions.
The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in the sector, however this requirement can be flexible.
The role offers a generous salary package of c£45,000 to c£50,000, plus 25 days annual leave (+BH), a generous employer pension contribution, flexible working, plus others. The role is 100% hybrid, with a potential one day travel into the office per month.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
Support to key reward BAU activities including salary review processes, market benchmarking and job evaluation, annual bonus and other incentive schemes
Ensure that internal stakeholders are provided with relevant, high quality market analysis, based on valid benchmark material which shows the overall position of total reward package in comparison to the market
Financial modelling requests, both as part of the end of year review of bonus and commission schemes and in response to ad-hoc requests during the year. Presenting outputs of the scheme modelling to help support and drive the best business outcome
Track international assignees – work with third party consultants to ensure we are compliant, monitor assignments (new and current)
Maintain reward data and provide reporting as required by internal or external requirements and legislation
Develop appropriate communication and guidance, relevant to pay and reward policies and processes, ensuring consistency of understanding an application
Working with other teams in order to ensure problems are resolved and effective solutions put in place
Involvement with ad-hoc projects; this may include scheme reviews including its data, or providing ad-hoc information and analysis as an example, or supporting the transition of the company into 3 stand-alone businesses
Working hours:
37.5 hours per week
Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
