We are seeking an ambitious and sharp-minded Individual to start their career with us as an Associate Recruitment Consultant in our Central Birmingham office based in the vibrant Jewellery Quarter. We offer a competitive starting salary of £17,000 to £19,000 + uncapped commission from day one, where you could be earning in excess of £25,000 in just your first 18-24 months of joining.
This is an entry level role and so no previous experience is required as comprehensive training will be given. The Minimum qualification requirements are Grade C or above in English & Maths GCSE and Grade C or above at A Level (or BTEC Equivalent). Constant support and guidance will be provided to you as you develop as a consultant and plenty of opportunities for progression will be available, as our business strategy is focused on organic growth for the future.
*Working Monday to Friday as part of a team within one of our specialist sectors; Human Resources, Accounting and Finance, Technology, Property Management, Social Housing and Education
*Becoming a specialist recruiter for your sector, providing business consultancy to clients and sector professionals using expert knowledge in order to provide consultation and advice
*Carrying out business development and account management calls to clients in your portfolio as part of daily marketing sessions
*Developing relationships with prestigious clients and talented professionals of all levels via phone, email and in person
*Screening and shortlisting candidates including in person interviews to assess suitability for positions and advise them of opportunities available
*Liaising with clients to organise interviews and candidate bookings and completing all necessary administration
*Contacting clients and candidates during temporary assignments to offer an aftercare service and advice on any queries

Our Birmingham office opened in 2010 and is set in St. Paul’s Square in the Jewellery Quarter. We are close to many of Birmingham’s top rated independent bars and restaurants and are within walkable distance from Snow Hill and New Street Station. In 2013 we moved to the top floor of our listed building after outgrowing the first premises and have a fantastic view of the Church and trees in the Square as well as being above The Rectory Bar which we often frequent for a drink after work. Now with space for over 40 employees we have become a major graduate recruiter in a very short time span.
