We are currently partnering with a reputable Housing Association based in Bristol, who are recruiting for a Strategic Asset Manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

This is a full-time position with a salary band of £58,000 per annum and the start date is subject to notice.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Taking full responsibility for a HAs Asset Data, ensuring it is integrated to set asset programmes

• Leading a team of Asset Data professionals

• Ensuring that all assets functions are providing excellent value for money, including contractor procurement

• Drawing trends and conclusions from data to provide options for future programme delivery

• Developing investment programmes to future proof housing stock

• Leading the migration of data to a new asset management system

• Taking the lead on options appraisals of assets to ensure they are providing VFM, and identify options for disposals

Requirements:

• Construction related degree or HNC/HND

• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
