Our client, based in Leeds, is currently recruiting for an Administrator on a permanent basis. Our client is an accredited organisation that provides multiple services across the UK and overseas.
The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis. The salary is in the region of £18,000 based on experience for this position.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within an Administration or Customer Services role.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
* Co-ordinating and managing freelance interpreters and clients’ interpreting requests
* Providing real-time customer care to clients and handling all client queries relating to interpreting and translation services, invoicing and portals
* Handling new requests as well as amendments and cancellations relating to interpreting and translation requests
* Taking in-coming telephone calls from clients enquiring about enrolling onto a course and booking accordingly
