Job Title: 360 Recruitment Consultant
Location: Birmingham (Jewellery Quarter)
Salary: £27,100 - £35,000 + Uncapped Commission
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (8:30pm – 5:30pm Mon-Thurs with 4pm Finish on Fridays)
Start Date: Immediate or flexible for the right candidate

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll join us as a 360 Recruitment Consultant within one of our specialist sector teams: Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Social Housing, Property Management or Tech - and get stuck into full-cycle recruitment.

  • Build long-term relationships with clients through phone, email, LinkedIn, video calls and face-to-face meetings.

  • Source, screen, and place quality candidates, while becoming a go-to advisor in your market.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, goal-focused environment, surrounded by a team who want you to win.
