The Education recruitment division specialises in placing teaching and support professionals in Supply, Fixed Term Contract, and Permanent roles within schools and colleges in the LEA areas of Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Sandwell, Dudley, Walsall, Solihull, as well as in Warwickshire, Staffordshire, Shropshire and Worcestershire.

Our key objective is to support our Education recruitment clients in attaining the highest standards of achievement, quality, behaviour and safety, and to safeguard the best interests of each and every student. In order to accomplish this goal we believe it is essential that we understand the different needs of each school and we pride ourselves on supplying excellent quality candidates.

Our specialised Consultants are a big part of our Education recruitment division and are knowledgeable in all aspects of the industry, attaining valuable experience through long-standing relationships and understanding with our clients.

We provide professional and fully screened Teaching staff on short-term and long-term supply, as well as fixed-term and permanent contracts.  We supply staff to Local Authority Schools, Academies, Independent Schools and Colleges covering positions from qualified Teachers, Teaching Assistants, SEN Teachers and Assistants and one to one tuition and intervention opportunities.

Unlike with some agencies we have used in the past, James Andrews do not send us the details of every candidate they have, but take care to send only the right candidates for us.  Our Consultant maintains regular, but not intrusive, contact concerning the candidates on supply to us.
