Christmas Parties
Our annual Christmas party is the perfect way to end the year in style. All of our offices come together in Birmingham, giving everyone the opportunity to connect, celebrate, and reflect on the year’s success as one team. The evening centres around a high-quality dining experience, complemented by great drinks and a lively atmosphere that carries through the entire night.

Month Ends
On the last Friday of every month, each office hosts its own month-end social to celebrate the hard work and achievements of the team. These events are organised on a rotating basis within the office, giving different people the chance to plan something enjoyable and keep the calendar varied.

Manager's Target Meeting
Once you progress into management, you’ll be invited to attend our annual Managers’ Target Meeting - an important event that brings leaders from across the business together in Birmingham. This is a key moment in the calendar, focused on reviewing performance, sharing insights, and aligning on the strategy and targets for the year ahead.
