Resourcing Specialist

Our client, a national mental health charity, is currently recruiting for a Resourcing Specialist on a permanent basis.

The position will be based remotely with travel into their office in South Birmingham 2 days a week.

They are looking for someone to start as soon as possible on a full time (37.5 hours a week) basis and are looking to pay circa £25,000.

The ideal candidate will have a previous health or social care experience, however this requirement can be flexible. Successful candidates must have internal and/or agency recruitment experience.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

• Directly sourcing applicants via CV search engines and social media, establish organisation’s brand in the job market and reach out to potential candidates in a timely manner
• Engaging with local colleges and universities in key locations to build strong working relationships to utilise the student base as a source of applicants
• Managing applicants through the whole recruitment process from initial enquiry, shortlisting of CVs, booking interviews and the offer process providing clear, consistent and regular communication
• Managing any additional recruitment spend and ensure it’s in line with budget and provides the most cost effective use of any money spent
• Providing a positive recruitment experience for internal and external parties

Experience required:

• Experience in internal and or agency recruitment
• Ability to manage high volume of positions at any one time
• Understanding of recruitment requirements and internal processes

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Highly organised
• Good attention to detail
• Process driven
• Build and maintain excellent working relationships

Working hours:

• 5 hours per week
• Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
