HR Business Partner

Our client, based in Wolverhampton, is currently recruiting for a Human Resources Business Partner on a permanent basis. Our client employs a hybrid working model, and your time would be split between home and office working as well as regular national travel.

The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis and the salary is paying circa £55,000, with a £5,100 car allowance.

The ideal candidate will come from a background of working within fast-paced HR environments and would be used to partnering with operational teams, taking accountability for the delivery of key projects.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Providing leadership and coaching to Regional Managers in relation to all HR matters including policy advice, leadership & team development, performance management, performance reviews, recruitment and engagement
  • Identifying and providing appropriate leadership and coaching initiatives to improve line manager capability
  • Taking an active role in employment engagement initiatives
  • Providing solid employee relations advice to managers across the business
  • Leading business change processes with a focus on cultural change, impact and integration
  • Handling TUPE-in activity following business acquisitions, including leading communication with employees
  • Conducting reviews of business remuneration process, including analysing and benchmarking reward and benefit offering with competitor organisations
  • Reporting into the Head of HR, and carrying out UK wide travel as required in line with business requirements
