Resourcing Advisor

Our client, based in London, is currently recruiting for a Resourcing Advisor on a permanent basis. Our client is a well-known animal charity.

The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis. The salary is £35,650 and the role offers hybrid working.

The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment experience.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

• Advise hiring managers on each advertising campaign, shortlisting and selection process to ensure a positive candidate experience and high-quality appointments
• Work with the HR Advisors, Business Partners and hiring managers to create targeted campaigns for niche and hard to fill vacancies, reviewing and managing the use of agencies where appropriate
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and social media, including carrying out profile searches and reaching out directly to candidates
• Be the first point of contact for candidate queries, ensuring they have a positive and inclusive experience
• Further develop the organisation’s attraction and selection processes, ensuring that values, leadership framework and inclusion principles are embedded throughout hiring processes
• Work with the D&I Business Partner and HR Systems & Data Advisor to analyse 10 campaign and candidate data
• Work with colleagues in the HR and Learning & Organisational Development teams to design and deliver learning interventions and guidance that develop hiring manager knowledge and capability around recruitment and selection

Experience required:

• Recruitment experience
• Charity or not-for-profit sector experience
