We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Bolton, who are recruiting for a Tenancy Sustainment Officer on a permanent contract. The position is due to start immediately with an umbrella rate of up to £17.00 an hour.

The client is looking for someone who has experience in Social Housing and can start right away.

The duties include:

• Co-ordinating tenancy management and rent collection to ensure all housing management income is collected effectively

• Ensuring fair access, process of applications, relevant background checks and allocation of vacant properties

• Ensuring supported accommodation is available for use, ensuring no vacant properties and void turnaround time is minimised

• Maintaining H&S and property standards and working effectively as a team member delivering excellent services to residents

• Managing incidents of harassment, ASB or discrimination

• Ensuring residents are visited regularly and supported regarding their obligations under the licence or tenancy agreement, in particular, rent payment and property maintenance

Working hours:

• 37.5 hours per week

• 7.5 hours per day, Mon-Fri (flexible from 8am-6pm)
